Star Cartage Company, Inc has been in the transportation industry since 1976, with a
focus on safety and quality service.
We began in Toledo, Ohio as a small cartage
company focused on the individual needs of our customers, with the ability
to transition as manufacturing changed. This has allowed Star Cartage to
continue serving the same customers for over 25 years.
We have expanded
with three additional locations- Mishawaka, Indiana, Dayton, Ohio, and Columbia, Tennessee. Our
four facilities have allowed us to provide various transportation lanes, with
experience in “milk run services”, cross-docking and warehousing capabilities.
Star Cartage has evolved through the years to better understand theories
of manufacturing, with the latest knowledge in lean manufacturing. This
knowledge allows us to be an integral part in the supply chain management.
